Vincent J. Angelini, Sr., President
A true entrepreneur, Vincent started TCI in 1972, and built the business into one of the top Commercial Real Estate Contractors in Pennsylvania. He instills in his employees the qualities of dedication, commitment, and professionalism – and the tried and true philosophy of exemplary work ethic, in the office and in the field. Under his direction, TCI quickly established its reputation for the highest quality products and management.

After years of experience specializing in Tenant Fit-Out in the Philadelphia market, Don joined TCI in 1989. From the beginning, he quickly made his mark through his consistent reputation for work integrity, quality product, and most importantly, putting the client’s needs first and always. Since joining TCI in 1999, Bob has brought a new management style… one with a clear emphasis on strategic planning and unparalleled customer service. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware, and trained in Customer Service at the Walt Disney Company. His philosophy is to make the most challenging projects come to fruition with the highest quality of customer support and open communication.
